Your money stays at your broker
TraderMatix only places and closes trades. It cannot deposit, withdraw or transfer funds, and your MT5 password is stored encrypted.

Questions
Can TraderMatix take money from my account?
No. The bot connects to MT5 only to open and close trades. Deposits and withdrawals are done by you, at your broker, and TraderMatix has no access to them.
Which brokers work?
Any broker or prop firm that offers MetaTrader 5. Enter the broker name and server exactly as they appear in your MT5 app. MetaTrader 4 is not supported.
Does my computer or phone need to stay on?
No. Your MT5 account runs on TraderMatix servers around the clock. The app is only for watching and controlling the bot.
Can I try it without real money?
Yes. Connect a demo account, or keep a live account in simulation mode: the bot shows what it would do without placing real orders.
Does the bot always make a profit?
No trading system wins every trade. The bot sets a stop loss on every position and follows the risk limits you choose, but losses happen. Only trade money you can afford to lose.
How do I cancel?
Open Google Play, go to Payments & subscriptions and cancel TraderMatix. The bot keeps running until the end of the period you already paid for.
